Farm,Freezer Beef and Pork
We take orders for freezer beef and pork we also sell individual pieces of frozen meat right from our freezer. Call or email us to reserve. Make a deposit, beef deposits are $200 for 1/4, $350 for a 1/2 and $500 for a whole. Deposit for pigs are $200 for 1/2 and $300 whole. We contact you with the hanging weight we receive from the butcher and the meat is usually ready in two weeks. Pick up for your meat is at our farm and remaining payment is due at the time of pick up. How much does it cost in total: *Please take note, every animal is different! *Both beef and pork average weights can fluctuate more or less than the average amounts listed *There will be $1.00 extra charge added for chip steak, pork roll or kiebalsa per pound, these are optional items.

June 2, 2024 we will be attending the new Coopersburg Farmers market, every Sunday from 11-2.
We are a 5 generation Beef and Hog farm. We are family owned and operated. My husband and I along with our 3 children, their spouses and our grandchildren work hard to bring you the best raised beef and pork in our area. Our animals are bred and raised here on our farm. We use no hormones or antibiotics and our animals are raised on pure spring water. Our animals are pasture raised and fed 75% hay and 25% grain to be finished out to their butcher weight. We grow our own ingredients for the feed, we grow non GMO corn. No additives except for molasses is used in the animal feed. We have been involved in the Lehigh County 4H for many years, we belong to the PA Farm Bureau, we are beef quality assured and are members or the buy fresh buy local.
What will fit in my freezer?
* estimate 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 35-40 lbs of packaged meat
* freezers come in four basic sizes
*compact - 5 cubic feet
*small - 6 to 9 cubic feet
* medium - 12 to 18 cubic feet
* large - 18 plus cubic feet
* quarter beef should it 5-7 cubic feet
* half beef needs about 8 cubic feet
During the summer months we attend Farmers Markets: Beginning June 2024 we will be attending the Coopersburg Farmers Market from 11 to 2 each Sunday.

and for an animal weighting approx. 168lbs, you would receive 50lbs of ground beef. These cuts may vary slightly according to directions or the weight of the animal.
An order of 1/2 or whole steer you would be given an order sheet to pick your cuts to your liking.
1/4 steer is approx. 150 to 170lbs.
1/2 steer is approx. 300lbs.
Whole is approx 600lbs.
These are hanging weights and are determined by the butcher at the time of the kill.
Prices as of 5/1/2024 are $4.39lb includes processing fee for steers, plus a $35. slaughter fee for 1/4, $70. slaughter fee for 1/2 and $140. slaughter fee for whole. Also Chipped Beef is an extra $1.00lb.
Pigs are ordered by 1/2 or whole.
